Private Client Solicitor - Locum 4+ PQE, Devon, £40 - £50 per hour, ongoing assignment, office-based. Our Devon-based client is looking for an experienced Locum Solicitor to join their long-established firm within Private Client Department. • As an experienced solicitor with 4+ years PQE, you will be expected to handle varied private client caseload, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administrations and Trusts.
• You will be able to handle varied-complexity and high-volume caseload and provide expert advice.

• You should provide high level of client care and high-quality service to clients at all times.

• You will be able to hit the ground running, ensuring good progress is made and ensure the continuity of caseload building during the assignment.

• There is an experienced team of legal secretaries and paralegals that will accompany this role to provide secretarial and administrative support.

• This is an office-based role with access to on-site parking, but can offer hybrid working.

• You will be available to start as soon as possible and be able to provide stability for the department on an on-going basis.
