Recruitment consultants from the Swindon branch of Pertemps Recruitment partnership have raised £630 for Swindon music services at Swindon infants’ music festival at the beginning of July.
The team of consultants, from one of Britain’s largest independent recruitment consultancies decided to raise money by producing and selling branded items at the festival.
Swindon Music Services works with young people to enable them learn, enjoy and express themselves through music by providing instrumental tuition and running Borough music groups. Their believe is that music helps develop learning and listening skills, express ideas and explore creativity.
Emma Campbell, senior contracts manager at the Swindon branch of Pertemps said: “We decided to raise money for Swindon music services as both myself and my colleague Anne have had children past and present involved with the music services which they have thoroughly enjoyed.
“We are also aware that the music services have to continually raise funding to continue providing this wonderful service to local schools.”
Formed in 1961 Pertemps Recruitment Partnership is celebrating 50 years in the recruitment industry.
