Our Culture
Our culture is one that actively promotes inclusivity and diversity. Our Policy
As a responsible employer who engages part time, full time and flexible (temporary) workers we actively promote a culture of openess and fairness within the workplace. Our policy sets out our commitment to providing diversity and equality to all in employment, irrespective of their gender, race, ethnic origin, disability, age, nationality, sexuality, religion or belief, marital status and social class.

This is reinforced by our Bullying and Harassment policy. The commitment to diversity and equality in the workplace is good management practice and makes sound business sense. Breaches of our diversity and equality policy will be regarded as misconduct and could lead to disciplinary proceedings. This policy is fully supported by senior management and actively promoted on the company’s intranet and website. The policy will be monitored and reviewed annually. Implementation and awareness of the policy will be through training, policy updates, sharing best practice. All employees will be helped and encouraged to develop their full potential and the talents and resources of the workforce will be fully utilised to maximise the efficiency of the organisation.
