Pertemps is keen to ensure that we have involvement in our local communities, develop our employees and future workforce as well as remain committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which is why we are members of Business in the Community (BiTC).
Our continued success is partially dependent on our understanding and ability to deliver on the differing needs of the communities we work in.
In addition we continually work to ensure that all employees maximise their potential and that their contribution to the company is recognised by valuing the differences between individuals and the different qualities they bring to their jobs and BiTC’s expertise help us do this to the highest standard.
We take our role in helping others seriously, but our involvement is often rewarding and great fun for our staff. They’re continually engaged in many activities to help local people, and to promote and raise funds for many good causes. We’ve skydived for a hospice, dressed as the Village People for Children in Need, collected toys for childrens’ homes at Christmas, raised money for Mencap, Cancer Research, MacMillan Nurses, Guide Dogs for the Blind and many many more.
