We’d like to welcome you to Vauxhall Partners offers. All employees and contractors, and their immediate family, can enjoy exclusive discounts when purchasing a brand new Vauxhall.

The benefits of Vauxhall Partners are a new employee benefit for Pertemps. In simple terms, when an employee – or a nominated immediate family member – purchases a new car from one of our Vauxhall Retailers, they’ll receive a much bigger discount (along with other incentives) than the current retail offer

Should an employee wish to see the full range of Vauxhall Partners offers available they can simply visit our website partnersprogramme.co.uk and register, password is Midas, or visit their nearest Vauxhall Retailer

All of our Vauxhall Retailers will be happy to arrange a test drive and a no-obligation quotation. Furthermore, by visiting their local Vauxhall Retailer they can see what additional savings can be made.
Plus, they can save 20% on their car insurance. Just visit partnersinsurance.co.uk

Company Policy – Eye Tests and Spectacles for computer

We have reached agreement with Boots to provide eye tests and spectacles on a nationwide basis for computer users. We have, therefore, revised and simplified the process. I would remind you that DSE users are defined as operating a computer for a significant part of their day, e.g., 4 hours or more.

The process is as follows:

1) If an employee requests an eye test, then their branch/office manager should contact the Human Resources department to request an eye test voucher. (The employee must be on a Contract of Employment and not Terms of Engagement).

2) A form will be forwarded to the branch by return of post. The form is marked to show that we will pay for the eye test and, if required £50 for spectacles for computer use only.
- The employee should go to the closest branch of Boots for their eye test and present the form.

3) The optician will then diagnose the employee's condition and state as to whether spectacles are required for computer use only. Only in this case are we to provide payment for spectacles.

4) Boots will then invoice the company for the charges to be made and we will cross charge the branch or business unit.

In normal circumstances, eye tests should not be required within 2 years of the previous one (our normal risk assessment interval for DSE). However, if the employee reports a deterioration in their condition, then a further appointment may be necessary.
