This prestigious award celebrates the achievements of the best run family business in England & Wales by reviewing a variety of business and cultural elements including family governance, financial stability, business growth, succession planning, innovation, a track record of charitable giving, and integration with the local community in the towns where you work.

Pertemps won the Central Region Best Family Business award 3 months ago, and last night went head to head with the other Regional Winners at Coutts’ Head Office in London. Here, we were voted to be the best family business in the UK, beating 67 other companies along the way. The independent panel of judges was made up of eminent committee members from business, charity and community backgrounds. These judges were particularly impressed by our performance culture, share incentive plan, regeneration of deprived and urban areas, and contribution to local life in the community.

This recognition of our company could not have been achieved without the commitment, tenacity and sheer hard work of every member of every team on a daily basis.
