Managed Service Provision 
We provide a tailored managed recruitment solution which compliments the existing services we offer - either internally or externally.
 
On-site 
We work in partnership with you to provide an onsite solution. We manage the recruitment, which is solely focused on meeting client's needs.
 
Master Vendor 
We become the single supplier managing all. This is ideal for volume and/or temporary requirements where there are large numbers of the same role being recruited.
 
Sole Supply 
We provide all permanent and/or temporary recruitment requirements either through the branch network or one of the managed service models.
 
Hybrid solution 
This approach means we will assess and advise on a client's current model, before tailoring a recruitment programme best suited to achieve the specific goals.
 
Screening and vetting 
We will handle the initial phases of the recruitment process on your behalf to ensure you are seeing the right candidates.
 
PSL 
As part of a list of chosen suppliers, we will provide permanent and/or temporary recruitment requirements either through the branch network or one of the managed service models.
 
Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) 
We manage the entire recruiting/hiring process or any part of it.
We can provide our own or can assume our client's technology, methodologies and reporting, including providing simple component based services such as screening or referencing, we can design and manage the process that is right for you.
