Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7 - including every second weekend on a rota basis)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months initially
Location: Midlothian (EH18) - Office based

Duties:

Engage customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.
Deliver best-in-class service to customers through great interactions and effective delivery.
Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues promptly.
Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes.
Meet internal service level KPIs.
Support team members and store teams as required.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong team player, working considerately with others.
Customer-obsessed mindset.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and work under pressure.
Passionate about delivering the right experience for customers.
First-class written, editing, and communication skills.
