THE ROLE:
This established firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their dedicated family department in Northampton. With experience of handling a diverse caseload of family related matters, the appointed Family Solicitor will possess the ability to deal with matrimonial finances, child arrangements and maintenance, and contentious trusts of land matters between unmarried couples.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Lawyer will have 8+ years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills. You should be confident managing a team, handling a caseload, and working to deadlines in a dynamic and proactive manner. Prior experience in trust disputes under TOLATA, advising high net worth clients, and dealing with child arrangements and maintenance issues is essential.
