Senior Practitioner, £33.30ph, Youth Homeless Children & Care Leavers
Pertemps are recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to work within Youth Homeless Children & Care Leavers. The Homeless Young Person's Team support young people aged 16 - 17 years old who are at risk of homelessness or are homeless. They complete S.17 assessments in line with the Southwark Judgement and the Homeless Reduction Act. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
