Customer Service Administrator / Hire Co-Ordinator

Temp (Permanent position for the right candidate)

Full Time, Marchwood Industrial Estate

Working hours are 07.30am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Hourly rate of 9.00 - 10 per hour DOE

Permanent Salary between 22,000 and 23,000 per annum

We are working on behalf of a leading Plant / Tool Hire company based in Marchwood. They are recruiting for someone who has the confidence and personality to deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external clients so a professional, friendly telephone manner is essential.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a hire environment before however this is not essential. Your key responsibilities will include:

- To deliver high level of customer service to both internal and external customers

- To ensure accurate and timely completion of hire contract administration

- Responding to customer enquiries

- Raising PO numbers

- Issuing / following up on hire quotations

You will have a good level of IT skills and be able to pick systems up quickly. Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
