Conveyancing Secretary, Verwood
||£18000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to ensure all aspects of the conveyancing process are completed within timescales and to the company's standards.
Key duties will include
Providing financial quotes to clients
Sending letters, drafting contracts, arranging transfer documents, liaising with land registry
Ensuring all accounting, billing and cashiering procedures are carried out promptly and accurately
Maintaining client files as required for supervision and audit
Providing typing support using the digital dictation technology
The ideal candidate will have conveyancing experience, be willing to learn and have a professional and friendly outlook.
You will need to have strong communication skills, a personable approach and willing to work as part of a team.
