We are working on behalf of our client, a well established and business based in Chandlers Ford. They are seeking an administrator to provide support to their friendly operations team. A varied role that includes:
- Handling customer enquiries, processing orders and invoices
- Dealing with driver paperwork, PODs and cash reconciliation
- Stock control and warehouse administration
The ideal person for this role will be able to build good rapport with customers, show initiative when problem solving, have the ability to to work well within a small team and be happy to lend a hand to other departments when they are busy.
You will have some administration experience, preferably in an operational environment. Knowledge of MS office and any Sage experience would be advantage, although training can be give.
