We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Account Manager for a Global Aerospace Business (£100m +) with offices in the East Midlands. You will have responsibility for a team of 10 and will help them realise their full potential and increase sales growth year on year. This is a rare opportunity to work within an autonomous senior position with a Fortune 500 business. As such we are seeking somebody exceptional.
The successful Inside Sales Account Manager will
- Manage mentor and develop a team of 10 sales professionals
- Produce and implement sales strategies to ensure year on year growth
- Chair Meetings with certain key customers
- Disseminate market intelligence and KPI / Forecast information throughout a team of Salespeople
The successful Inside Sales Account Manager will posses
- Strong Management pedigree
- Proven background in high value sales within a corporate environment
- Knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing
