Junior Administrator, Birmingham

A market leader in supplying, installing and servicing production tooling in Birmingham are recruiting for a junior administrator to join the team.
Role and responsibilities
-Dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries and relevant paperwork
-Organising Drivers schedule and helping with deliveries when required
-Dealing with the Fleet of Vehicles, ordering new vehicles, maintaining records, scheduling services
-Producing Quotations and raising orders
-Assisting with driving between sites with orders and paperwork
To be successful in this role you will have ideally worked within a manufacturing environment, administration, customer service skills, sales office experience
-Handling sensitive and confidential paperwork.
-Excellent administration and customer service skills
-full driving licence
The company are offering a salary of £14,000-£16,000 with free parking and an excellent benefits scheme
