A leading manufacturer in Birmingham City centre are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Front of House assistant for their thriving expanding team. You will be providing excellent customer service and will be the face of the company welcoming customers in a warm engaging way.

Duties Include:
-Answering all queries
-Provide a high level of customer service at all times
-Operate a busy switchboard
-Corresponding to emails
-Maintain a high standard of guest interaction
-Use of Microsoft packages (MS Office - word, outlook)

Key Requirements:
-Previous experience within a similar role
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Be friendly and personably and enjoy engaging with customers
-Organised and highly motivated
-Computer literate (MS Office - word, outlook)
