Our client based in central Bristol is looking for an New Business Administrator to work within the financial services sector.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive individual who will work within the existing administration team. Engaging with new and existing customers, you will support the administration of all investment business transacted by the Company.

The main duties for the role of Administrator will be:

" Support the management of administration systems for all investment new business applications and enquiries
" Be conversant with all investment products promoted by the company
" Be responsible for timely and accurate processing of all business applications, including handling queries and managing complaints, via phone, letter and e-mail
" Support, develop and maintain a new business register for all clients, including commission payments and funds invested
" Be responsible for all client identity checks as appropriate
" Liaise with the Investment Administration Team and Compliance Manager to ensure suitable standards are being adhered to and that customers are being treated fairly
" In conjunction with the Senior Investment Administrator, manage all customer and third party queries via e-mail, phone, and letter
" Support the provision of the Company's external mail house service, providing master packs, and ensuring quality standards are specified and maintained
" Help to develop new processes and written procedures, in conjunction with the Senior Investment Administrator and Compliance Manager, as the business develops

To be considered for the role of Administrator you will need:

" Customer service skills; able to communicate in a professional business manner
" Able to keep accurate records, plan and organise
" Quickly understand new systems and processes
" Able to deal with high volumes, and respond well to pressure
" Calm under pressure, self motivated, well organised
" Work well within a team, ability to take the initiative
" Computer literate; Excel, Word and Outlook
" Educated to Graduate level or equivalent


The pay rate for this role will be £7.50 p/h. This role is on going to start ASAP.
