Part Time Customer Service opportunities to join a Leading UK outsourcing company who are based in Central Bristol. The contact centre is fresh and modern with onsite shower facilities and close to the large shopping quarter of Central Bristol.
The offices are within walking distance of Temple Meads Train Station & situated on all major bus routes. The role will be a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and letters on behalf of several clients for both domestic and commercial customers.

The shifts available are:
-12 hours: Monday, Wednesday 4pm - 8pm & Saturdays 9am - 1pm
-12 hours: Tuesday, Thursday 4pm - 8pm & Saturdays 9am - 1pm
-16 hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4pm - 8pm & Saturdays 9am - 1pm
-16 hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm - 8pm & Saturday 9am -1pm

Main Duties:
-Through inbound and outbound call handling, proactively engage with customers with arrears to secure immediate payment, or where circumstances dictate, negotiate repayment plans with those in financial difficulty.
-Carry out collections and debt recovery procedures in accordance with company policy and procedures, ensuring that collections performance measures are met.
-Be fully conversant in the end to end collections process to ensure clear advice and consequences of non-payment can be communicated to customers.
-Signpost customers to support and debt advice agencies where appropriate
-Identify and explain bill reduction options for customers with affordability issues/vulnerable customers, Initiate legal or other action to recover monies due for both domestic and commercial customers.
-Ensuring that the customer is at the forefront through the delivery of service excellence - handling all telephone calls and written correspondence to required quality levels - exceeding customer expectations and meeting all contractual and regulatory Service Level Agreements
-Establish and maintain rapport with customers - listen to, analyse and translate client and customer feedback into service improvement initiatives.

To be successful you will need to have experience in the following:
-Contact or call centre experience
-Customer Service
-Collections

In return you will receive a salary of 18,000 pro rata + a bonus scheme, holiday, pension, brilliant location, on site shower facilities
