Mixture of Inbound and Outbound calling but no selling
£7.20ph rising to £8.01
3 x Full Time Positions (37.5hrs) Fully Flexible between 07.30am - 6pm with one in three Saturdays 9 - 5.30pm.
Assessment centre Wednesday 19th October 10 - 4pm
Dealing with Inbound subscription queries via email and on the phone to both new and existing subscribers. The role also includes outbound calling to chase payments and to retain cusotmers who want to cancel.
Previous call centre experience required for this role of strong customer service experience.
