Customer Service - Contact Centre Inbound, Northampton

On behalf of our client, a leading company in the construction sector, we are urgently seeking a customer service advisor to be based at their regional HQ in Northampton.
Working in a fast moving contact centre environment you will be taking incoming calls to help customers with a range of order queries including dispatch dates, returns, pricing and general delivery questions.
A 5 week shift pattern, 40 hours per week, is in operation which covers the working hours of 0900 to 2000 with 2 weeks including weekends with days off during the week.
