Our client is a high profile niche market FMCG company, a true brand leader with products in most major retailers and supermarkets.
Due to ongoing expansion they are now seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join their busy, enthusiastic team. If you view customers as the VIP lifeblood of any company and can deliver outstanding customer service through your professional and motivated style of working then this job description is written for you!
You will be providing a wealth of knowledge to customers about the company's products and services and managing all customer service queries through to resolution.This will be via email, phone, and in person, in addition to social media channels which our client has embraced enthusiastically as part of its successful marketing operations. You will investigate any problems , arrange deliveries and print off packaging labels and invoices for orders. You will effectively be the first point of contact for all incoming orders and ensure that all customer service procedures are maintained.
The job includes sales support activities such as producing retailers sales reports and monitoring credit control for key accounts.
