We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for a large distributor, offering a competitive base salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £24,000, coupled with company benefits and an immediate start!
The Internal Account Manager will support existing customers with all aspects of supply in addition to generating new business opportunities and upselling to drive additional revenue.
* Establishing and improving relationships with existing customers to maximise on business opportunities
* Supporting the external field sales team with the provision of customer information and spend reports
* Identifying leads
* To proactively contact prospect customers in order to gain new business
* Selling a wide range of products
* To establish strong working relationships with external suppliers to ensure order fulfilment
* Ensuring that customers are aware of value added services the company provide
* Working to individual and team sales activity and profit targets
Suitable applicants will have a wealth of Account management experience, and will have ideally had experience within one of the following roles; Internal Account Manager, Customer Service, Telesales or Sales Administrator.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
