Customer Service Agent, West Bromwich
||£7.50 - £8.0 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experience customer service executive. This is a full time temporary opportunity working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm offering £7.50 - £8.00 per hour dependant on experience with a possible permanent opportunity available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in delivering a high quality customer focused service.
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for
- Receiving a high volume of incoming calls into the department
- Dealing with customer complaints and issues where necessary
- Call dispatch and scheduling engineers
- Logging faulty good and returns on in-house system and updating customer records
- Liaising internally with various departments
- Providing aftercare service to customers
- Updating with customers and providing them with the outcome the original complaint or query
Applicants must have previous customer service and administration experience and must work well within a pressurised, busy, fast paced environment. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
