Job Description


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a well established Manufacturing organisation, offering an immediate start and a salary 16,000 per annum.

The purpose of the role is to support the production team with all administration, ensuring the smooth running of the Manufacturing division.

Daily duties will include:
- Dealing with a range of incoming post/email correspondence
- Taking calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing customers with estimates and quotes for requested products
- Creating new customer files
- Updating the customer database with all quotes given
- Processing orders on the in-house system
- Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers
- All other supporting Administration as required

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm,

Suitable candidates will have a wealth of administration experience, preferably from within a manufacturing environment and must be available for an immediate start.

You must also be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Suitable applicant ill have experience from within one of the following roles: Sales Administrator, Production Administrator or Estimator.
