Night Shift FM Coordinator

We are recruiting a Night Shift Manager to work in a National service Centre based in Redditch. The Night Shift Manager will work on a number of different contracts, providing support to multiple contracts and act as the initial point of contact for the customer, collating and recording relevant details of requests for service.

The role is on a shift pattern of 4 nights on, 7pm -7am, 4 nights off a rotational basis . Bank holiday and weekend working are a requirement of this role. The successful candidate will need to be security cleared.

The main duties will be:

" Responsible for the coordination of all planned and reactive services within remit, detailed planning of work

" To accurately record all information necessary to resolve reported service request, incidents and complaints, including accurate classification to enable trend analysis

" To identify and apply opportunities to develop and improve skills. Seeking assistance to acquire new skills

" To handle and actively resolve any customers issues according to the customer complaint process

" Taking full ownership of each customer request

The successful will possess the following skills:

" Experience in an FM (allocating and managing work orders)

" Experience of service desk/call centre processes and work flow

" IT literate

" Able to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the business

" Have excellent communication skills
