As the Permanent Recruitment Manager, your duties will be to:

Develop an engaged and high performing team, who individually achieve their perm targets and therefore achieve the annual permanent budget.
Strategically plan and implement yearly, quarterly and monthly permanent sales action plans to increase permanent market share in the area.
Manage the performance of the permanent Consultants team by setting and monitoring monthly, weekly and daily targets, KPIs and standards.
Manage the selection, recruitment, development and succession planning processes, in order, meet all current and future permanent team needs.
Balance managing a team of permanent Consultants with their own personal permanent billing responsibility.

To be a successful Permanent Recruitment Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

Sales focused.
Proven experience of delivering permanent recruitment solutions and to be able to demonstrate a track record of successful personal permanent billing.
Experience of developing successful sales strategies and techniques to increase permanent sales within a recruitment business.
A track record of results achievement within a recruitment business.
Team leading or mentoring skills.

In return the Permanent Recruitment Manager will receive a salary of between 30,000 - 35,000 per annum, plus realistic OTE year 1 40 - 45K per annum.
