Customer Service Advisor

Leeds City Centre

8.05 per hour

Temporary assignment for 3-6 months

Do you enjoy speaking to customers?

Can you work in a busy, fast-paced environment where customer service is key?

Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy being on the phone?

This is a great opportunity with full training for positive, confident individuals looking to gain or further their experience in a busy call centre environment.

Main duties will include answering a high volume of inbound customer calls, taking order details and accurately entering them onto an internal system, resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner, providing customers with product information and tracking / arranging deliveries.

Although full training will be provided, applicants must be confident using pcs and learning internal software, possess accurate keyboard skills and be able to work to key performance indicators.

Hours: Working a set shift of 4 weeks days and a Sunday.

Times start between 8 / 8.30am to 3.30pm / 4.30pm for week days, 8am - 6pm on Sundays.
