Working for a leading utilities company, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy office environment and provide essential administrative support to the department.
Main duties will include entering data onto an internal system as well as maintaining Excel spreadsheets, liaising with contractors, collating quotes, filing and controlling related documentation, processing payments and general administration using MS Word.
Training will be provided however previous administrative experience would be preferred as well as a working knowledge of MS Office.
Hours - Monday to Friday†
