Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join a small established firm of Accountants in Shropshire.

This is a busy and varied and position within a small, pleasant hard working team.

Duties include:

Preparation of accounts

Calculation of tax and self assessments.

Posting Income tax returns on to Iris software.

General Bookkeeping duties

Nominal & purchase ledger

Using Excel spreadsheets

The right candidate:

Must have practice experience

Qualified- AAT or working towards their ACCA

Ideally experienced in using Iris software or QuickBooks

Competent user of EXCEL

Experienced in Sage line50

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to deal with clients and build relationships.

A full time, permanent position your working hours will be Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Salary: 18,000-20,000 pa + benefits
