Legal Secretary - Conveyancing, Bridgnorth
||£16500 - £17500 per annum
Conveyancing Secretary required ASAP!!
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client, a long-established legal practice within their Bridgnorth branch.
You will provide full secretarial support, including;
Meeting and greeting clients
Handling telephone enquiries from clients and/or third parties
General typing/correspondence and document work
Preparation of legal forms where required
Excellent secretarial skills including typing to RSA stage 2 or equivalent
Audio typing experience - ideally 50 - 65 wpm
Experience within a legal environment
(Conveyancing dept. experience would be advantageous)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Discretion when dealing with confidential information
Ability to work to deadlines and use own initiative
Ability to work well as part of a team and also on your own
A polite, helpful manner and confidence particularly when dealing with clients face to face
Working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 (35hr working week)
