Our client is seeking a full time Customer Service Executive to join their established team in Telford to provide an excellent inbound customer service experience.
To act as first point of contact for all client query calls
Liaise and update relevant team with any new customers
Clarify with client that any relevant query has been resolved and no further action is required
All administrative documents for contracts are completed
Any changes to client details/requirements are communicated to relevant dept.
Update call logging system with all activities
Assist with credit control where requested
Work as part of a team to achieve Company standards and best practice working methods.
Assist with post and distribution of stock
Understand and adhere to client confidentiality at all times.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Effective organisational skills
Understanding of the telecommunications industry and customer service experience would be advantageous
NVQ or equivalent in Customer Service desirable
In return you will be offered a competitive salary >£18,000 + benefits
Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00.
