Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Relief Call Handler for our client based in Shrewsbury.

You will be responsible for receiving calls from healthcare professionals and the general public, you will have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate. Full training will be given.

Suitable candidates MUST possess ECDL or equivalent, and good general level of Education, good verbal skills with an excellent telephone manner.

Suitable candidates will need to be completely flexible regarding hours - various shifts available - must be free to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Basic pay rate is 7.78 with uplift for any shift hours worked.

Successful candidates will need to undergo a DBS check.
