Case Administrator - Maternity Cover



Working as part of a larger team on the client's case management system setting up new client instructions - data entry and validation of information received where accuracy is paramount

High volume environment where understanding the importance of delivery against client service levels being critical

Liaising with Courts and Claimant solicitors by telephone in order to clarify received or missing information

Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols

Having the ability to prioritise workload

Other administrative duties, as required

Have the ability to deal with client issues quickly and effectively, seeking assistance when required

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients providing assistance and advice as and when required
