Job title: Customer Advisor
Location: Newport
Salary: 16,668 - 17,593 pro rata + increases: 15% (Mon-Fri) 30% (Sat-Sun) hours between 8pm & 10pm
Hours: 4pm - 12pm Mon - Fri/ 8am - 7pm Sat - Sun
Minimum 3, maximum 5 days per week. 4 - 10 hour shifts. Weekend days will be fixed.
Contract: Permanent/ Part-time 20 Hours per week

The role:

- Taking queries via telephone
- Explain the companies products/services/procedures and ways to resolve problems
- Selecting appropriate information in order to complete paperwork.
- Interviewing by using effective methods of questioning to extract relevant information
- Uses of a keyboard on one or more systems and understanding different software
- Undertaking a range of basic calculations and preparation of data
- Knowledge and uses method of collecting objective data

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- The willingness to learn about the companies product and services
- Self-motivation and self-organization
- Good communicator both face to face and on the phone
- The ability to relate to people and provide the information they need
- Great analytical skills
