Sous Chef, £26,000pa, Warwickshire
Luxury 4 star 14th century hotel with Spa and leisure Club along with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant with conference and banqueting facilities along with wedding for upto 180 delegates.
You will be managing a brigade of up to 6 chefs, coaching and training of the junior members of staff, stock rotation and storage and staff rotas. You will also be responsible for health and hygiene, and health and safety for the kitchen.
For this role you will need to have experience working for a 4 star hotel as Junior Sous Chef level, have good communication and organisational skills, must have a quality Rosette background along with extensive banqueting experience for upto 250 covers plus! along with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Must have City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
