We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Ashby de la Zouch for a French speaking Major Accounts Coordinator to provide enhanced support to their designated major accounts in terms of customer service, order progression, forward planning, alternative product sourcing and innovative solutions for stock availability.
As a French Major Accounts Coordinator you will be responsible for building strong relationships built on trust and support with the supply chain and buyers within the major accounts.
Responsibilities include -
Tracking orders from beginning to end and ensuring goods are ready on time and in full for despatch.
Liaising with Production Planning, Sourcing and Purchasing when required to ensure everything is sourced in time for despatch.
Investigate future availability of products via the in house ordering system, ensuring that there are both purchase orders and works orders in place to cope with the future demand.
Run an efficient spreadsheet system for RS products works orders to progress them in advance of weekly deliveries. This should be operated at least 1 month in advance of order due dates.
Problem Resolution - spotting potential problems at the earliest opportunity and proposal of constructive solutions/alternative products.
Responding rapidly with information when requested either by telephone, fax or mail.
Providing written quotations and lead times in either email or excel format.
To maintain good customer contact by keeping them informed with relevant information regarding their order.
To assist in the resolution of complaints from the designated customers.
To have clear recognition of the point at which a problem needs to be escalated to the Sales Support Manager.
To be as flexible as possible and carry out any other duties within the department which may be required.
The ideal candidate will be French or a fluent French speaker, be educated to degree level and have previous experience in a Customer Service or Account Management role.
In return my client is offering a salary of 19,000-21,000 depending on experience company pension scheme and free onsite parking.
