My client based in Burton upon Trent is currently recruiting for Retail Finance Administrator, working at one of the area's leading companies as part of a highly successful and friendly team

They are looking to recruit someone on a permanent basis. Benefits include a starting salary of 16,000 - 18,000 dependant on experience.

The purpose of the role is to provide robust Financial administrative support to the business.

Main duties include:

Undertake general administrative duties and provide administrative support as required

Reconciliation of site data to ensure accuracy

Process information accurately using internal computer systems, in accordance with legislative requirements and company policy

Liaise with field operations, internal support teams and suppliers as appropriate, in order to achieve accurate completion of all tasks and enquiries

Processing of site cash payments

Posting of financial data into General Ledger

Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both external customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner and in line with company policy and legislative requirements

The ideal candidate:

Self-motivated; able to work on own initiative but also to be flexible in supporting the team

Able to plan and organise effectively in order to meet tight deadlines

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on the telephone and in writing

Ability to build rapport and develop key relationships

In return my client is offering a salary of 16,000-18,000 per annum, 25 days holiday bank holidays an onsite caf and free onsite parking.
