An award winning and market leading manufacturer, distributor and service provider of daily living aids and rehabilitation equipment, that delivers services on behalf of NHS trusts and local authorities across the UK with an annual turnover in excess of 140m is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist / Manager to join their team based at Bardon.

The purpose of the Recruitment Specialist / Manager role is to undertake tasks including:

Owning and developing the companies end to end operational recruitment process (blue collar, drivers, warehouse etc.)

Monitor data, predict pipeline of vacancies, anticipate volume and deal with demand

Innovate new ways to recruit candidates

Pay benchmarking regional differences

It is also envisaged that the role will develop further and cover talent / succession / on boarding and ultimately management of all the operational recruitment needs across the business.
