A well established company based in Burton Upon Trent are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis due to the contunied expansion of the company.
The main purpose of the Internal Sales Administrator will be to provide support to the Sales Team, ensuring that customers orders are processed and dispatched to them within a timely manner.
Duties will include:
Processing of new sales orders into the internal database
Responding to emails and faxes for new order requests
Preparing of invoices for customers
Dealing with customers queries within a timely manner
The ideal person will have strong customer service and administration skills. Be physically fit as occasional you will be required to enter the store and pick the items for dispatch to the customers. A full clean driving licence will be required.
The hours will be between 8.00am & 17.00pm Monday to Friday. Salary of £15,000 - £17,000 pa depending on experience.
Free parking on site, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
