Job Description

An exciting role in administration has become available within a prestigious Burton upon Trent based company initially on an on-going temporary basis with a view to permanent for the right person.

Duties include:

- Order inputting

- Liaising with stock control and internal departments

- Supplier and customer account administration

- Managing quotations and sample requests

- Offering technical advice and customer services

- Preparing Sales reports

- General administrative tasks including post, filing and typing correspondence

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of working within an administration background

- To be able to work in a fast paced environment

- Good Excel skills

- A proven track record in customer services

- Good IT skills with excellent Maths and English

- Strong ability to multi task

- Empathetic telephone manner
