Our prestigious client based in Burton upon Trent is looking to recruit on an on going temporary basis a customer services professional dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to the already established client base.
Main duties for the role include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Handling complaints and queries
- Dealing with customer requests
In order to be considered you should:
- Have a good telephone manner
- Experience of working in a customer services environment
- Have a good attention to detail
- Be confident and driven

The hours of work will be 3 days in the week between 9am and 7pm on a rotor basis and rotating Saturday and Sundays 10am-4pm the rate of pay will be £7.50p per hour with free on site parking.
