Job Description

A leading company based near to Kingsbury on the North Side of Tamworth seeking a Service Center Administrator to join their team on Temporary-Permanent basis..

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within a service centre environment dealing with Industrial clients.

The role is provisionally temporary with the potential for it to be made permanent for the right candidate !

The main purpose of the role will be to handle all incoming enquires and log new orders onto the internal system for the technical team to deal with within the agreed time frames.

Duties will include:

Handling incoming customer calls regarding new and existing claims.

Processing the jobs onto the internal system for the field maintenance staff to complete as necessary.

Liaising with 3rd party, customers, financial services and loss adjusters regarding customer's claims.

Have the ability to work as part of a small team

Work to very tight deadlines.

You will need an excellent telephone manner and be able to key data onto the system whilst handling incoming calls.

The hours of work are on a shift pattern ranging from - 9 -5.30pm, 8.30-5pm ,7.30-4pm

11.45 - 8.15pm and Saturday 8.45-3.15pm. The rate of pay is 7.20 per hour .
