Customer Service Advisors - November Starts, Longbenton
Job Description
Our client, a major international contact centre based in Longbenton is seeking to add to its team of customer service advisors to join them in permanent roles, starting on 15th November 2012.
The roles are full time, 37.5 hours per week and are on a shift basis between Monday to Sunday 8am-10pm. Candidates will work 5 days out of 7 and should be flexible to work within these times.
Pay rate is £7.25 per hour basic salary, + bonus and benefits.
The roles will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, emails etc. on behalf of a major internet based finance company.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong background in customer service (preferably within a call centre), and a stable work history.
You should l be IT literate , have a good telephone manner and be a team player. Due to the intense training programme, candidates will not be eligible to take holidays for the first 5 weeks of employment.
