Our client is a global force with over 100,000 employees worldwide. Their local site is expanding rapidly and we are currently recruiting a brand new team of advisors on their behalf.
This role requires Call Centre experience, or experience of financial processes (accounts, bookkeeping, payroll systems etc)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work with the customers of a well-established online accountancy package and offer support and guidance in their use of the product. You will advise customers in best-practice use, providing system guidance and explaining product features. You will also solve problems and trouble shoot. Customers will contact you via email, telephone and Live Chat, meaning the role offers variety in customer approach to compliment the wide range of queries you will resolve. This is a full time role, with shifts worked between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday (flexibility between these hours required).

Salary from £7.50 - £8.50 per hour.
This role requires Call Centre experience or experience or experience of financial administration (accounts, bookkeeping, payroll systems etc.) This must include experience in trouble-shooting or direct (non-scripted) problem solving. Applicants must be able to resolve queries on their own initiative and also have excellent written skills (spelling and grammar)
