We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Employee Engagement Officer to join one a Reputable Training Provider.
Learner/Employer Engagement Officer
Based in Central London, you will be responsible for signing up new learners to Traineeship and Apprenticeship Programmes, enrolling the learner and booking them the learners onto Traineeships and Apprenticeship Programmes.
The role will also be responsible for creating vacancies and matching suitable candidates. This will be through cold calling, networking, face to face visits and Employer Engagement.
Learners will be aged 16-18 and you will be working very closely with Job Centre Plus, Schools Colleges and third party referral agents.
This role is targeted and your performance will be measured against securing learners onto courses every month, retention of learners and Job Outcomes.
Our client mainly provide Job Outcomes within Health and Social Care and Childcare.
In return you can expect a basic salary of between £28000-£30000 and achieve up to £8000 bonus per annum. You will also receive 25 days+ bank holidays, pension scheme and additional benefits.
Skills and Experience required for the Employer Engagement Officer
" Previous experience within a related role- Learner Engagement, Employee Engagement or Recruitment
" Experience of working to Targets
" Experience of working with Young People and providing Information, Advice and Guidance to learners who are Not in Education, Training or Employment(NEET)
" Networking, Lead Generation and building relationships with referral Agents.
" Excellent organisational skills and time management.
" A Sales/Recruitment background would be highly regarded
" Good all round Administration Skills
The position of the Employer Engagement Officer will involve working very closely with Job Centre+ and building relationships. This is an autonomous role that allows the successful to candidate to be creative and forge relationships with particular Target Groups in order to generate interest for Traineeship Programmes. You will be involved in the end to end process, including Creating vacancies, interviewing and matching learners to vacancies.
Successful candidates have come from Recruitment and Work Based Learning backgrounds, who have experience of working with Young People and completing the sign up process, however we will consider anybody with related experience working within a Targeted Face to Face environment
