Pertemps Recruitment Agency is looking for an Administrator to support their expanding Industrial and Driving Division based at Team Valley. This is a temporary role with an outlook to go permanent after 3 months, paying between £16,000 and £18,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. This is a fast paced position and you must have the ability to adapt on a daily basis. You will have a clear telephone manner, work on your own initiative and have a friendly personality. Proficient IT skills are essential including a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook.
This position would suit a recent Graduate who is looking for career progression.
Duties will include:
- Resourcing for 2 - 3 consultants
- Advertising jobs
- Candidate attraction and CV sifting
- Liaising with both candidates and clients via telephone and email
- Assisting with vacancies
- Referencing candidates
- Loading application forms
- Legislation checks
The hours of work will be 9am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The office is accessible via public transport however we do offer free onsite parking.
