An immediate opportunity to join a leading Derby based client as an Appointment Coordinator.

The role is a full time position working Mon -Fri 9.00-17.00 with one late shift - 11.30-20.00

The role of the appointment co-ordinator is to contact new and existing clients to arrange a consultant visit to discuss their financial future.

Duties include -

Diary management of nationwide consultants including route planning, appointment allocation for the correct consultant and logistics management.

Communication with all field based consultants including general queries, appointment rescheduling and field based support.

The successful candidate must be IT Literate and able to use MS Packages and in house systems you must have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels. You must be self motivated with good time management skills.

The ability to work within a pressured environment is essential
