Telesales Executive, Derby
||£15000 - £20000 per annum
An experienced Telemarketing Executive required to join a Derby based business on a permanent basis.
To maximize the effectiveness of the Business Development Managers by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in a professional and timely manner and to qualify appointments by ascertaining potential client's current maintenance and engineering needs.
Identify opportunities, produce quality leads and book appointments for the BDM's.
Develop an effective pitch aimed at specific industry sectors.
Use initiative to identify and follow up opportunities from outside of the database.
Manage the database and the sales calendars to a high degree of accuracy.
Confident telephone manner (experience in a telesales, telemarketing or customer service role would be highly advantageous but not essential for the right candidate)
Ability to build strong working relationships keeping in mind we are dealing with Health and Safety, engineers and maintenance technicians daily.
