Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join an established team within a growing organisation based in the heart of Reading.

Key deliverables of this role will include the following amongst others:

- Assist Payroll Manager on client related budgets and targets.
- First line on the job training for non-payroll staff.
- Identifying client related risks and report to Payroll Manager.
- Assist with payroll processes and control procedures.
- Ownership of new client PAYE registrations.

You will ideally be studying for your CIPP and alongside excellent payroll knowledge have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external contacts to resolve queries. This is a great opportunity that could offer progression for the right candidate in the future. Previous exposure within a practice would be advantageous.
