Are you an experienced Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk? Are you looking for a new temporary assignment? My Andover based client is currently offering an Accounts Payable Clerk role within their organisation on a 6 month temporary basis.

My client is a well established manufacturing organisation based in Andover, offering free parking and a great working environment within an excellent team.

Primary responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

- Processing high volume of Invoices.

- BACS payment runs.

- Reconciliations for supplier statements and petty cash.

- Staff expenses.

- Filing of the Invoices.

As a successful applicant, you will have clear experience of working within an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role previously. Experience of working within a Manufacturing organisation is essential, as is knowledge of Oracle. Microsoft Excel experience will also be expected.

You will be committed to complete the assignment with a positive approach, have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels. Due to the urgent nature of this vacancy, you must be immediately available or subject to a short notice period.
